【GitHub】Ceph RBDをNVMeデバイスに見せるPR

This PR adds a nvme-rbd-gw tool, which can be used for mapping RBD images and representing them as NVMe storage devices through NVMe-oF protocol. Tool is based on spdk/examples/nvmf/nvmf/nvmf.c (which was slightly modified in order not to burn CPU but sleep instead, see -B option), so the tool utilizes SPDK stack. Alternative variant to SPDK approach is usage of NVMe kernel drivers for target/host setup, but I find it is more simpler for our SUSE scenarios to have a tool in userspace, and also librbd has more features comparing to kernel librbd. Since this tool depends on SPDK, latest version is required, at least v20.07. I hope this should not be a problem and ceph/spdk.git can be updated accordingly. Along with the tool there is a small shell script test-nvme-rbd.gw.sh which shows how to map and export RBD on target and how to create NVMe device on host side.
